Why my Credit Card order was rejected?

When you attempted to purchase your ebike by credit card, it's possible to see your credit card refused to send the money. our system will guard against possible credit card fraud to ensure that the transaction between us was protected by the law. 

Why the payment failed?

Reason: R0000:High risk

Our system are quick to mark this order as high risk when overdrafts run a little over the limit.

Reason: Cross-border transactions 

As it is global village now, people may work or travel in another country. We were worrying someone else may use your paypal to make the transaction as the payment information in your order is not consistent with the information in your bank.

Note: Please turn off your VPN while placing the order.

How to fix this issue?

Please spoke to the bank and let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined.

  • Please switch to your other credit/debit cards.
  • If you have a PayPal account, it's a good idea to pay by Paypal
  • If you do not have a PayPal account, please choose PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).
